Apprenticeships at OAL
Further education at OAL is the perfect opportunity to ‘learn while you earn’. With an apprenticeship, you can gain skills in a working environment, and it’s a cost-effective alternative to a degree. From day one you’ll become a vital member of the OAL team and get the chance to learn from experienced employees.
It’s an exciting time to be part of the food manufacturing industry - the biggest industry in the UK. As adoption of robotics and automation in food processing starts to take off, you could be part of a team working to spearhead this revolution! Here you can find out more about what it's like to work with robots at OAL.
We currently have around 10% of our workforce studying across multiple disciplines and you could be part of this. We often support our employees to complete apprenticeships and degrees whilst working for OAL as we understand the importance of training on the job. We want to attract future leaders and offer them a launch pad for their career in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
