What training is available?
Our training is designed to take our customers through every feature of the OAL Connected system, from set-up to reporting and everything in between, allowing you to make the most of your system.

We offer a variety of training sessions and health audits, varying from a few hours to a full day depending on your needs. Each one is run by our team of industry-leading experts either on-site or remotely and can be booked via our online shop or by speaking with our sales team.
How do I know what training is right for me?
We offer different levels of training, from operator to engineer to superuser. This ensures that you receive exactly the right information, making the most of your valuable time. The majority of our training can be tailored to your requirements, so get in touch to discuss your needs. We also conduct health audits to ensure that you are fully compliant with retailers’ codes of practice and the BRC Global Standards.

Our Training Sessions
We provide tailored training to each business function.

Engineering training covers fault finding and maintenance of the OAL system. The course explains how to set-up Cognex cameras and common fault-finding scenarios.

Technical training offers an in-depth understanding of the set-up and management of the OAL system. Participants will learn about the Master Product Database (MPD), Works Order Data (WOD), concession management, date coding set-up, including label design integration and reporting.

Operator training is conduced on the line with operatives to ensure they understand how to use the OAL system.
